Human Resources Generalist
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role partners closely with STA Program Managers and plays a key role in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, workplace injury management, and HR program delivery.
Caseworker
Under the direct supervision of the Case Worker Supervisor, the Caseworker ensures the rights and safety of children are safeguarded in a healthy, cultural environment. This casual, on-call role is ideal for individuals with lived experience, cultural understanding, and a strong desire to support others on their healing paths while working flexible hours based on operational needs.
Overnight Worker – Casual / On-call
Eagle’s Nest Stoney Family Shelter is seeking compassionate, reliable, and safety-focused Overnight Workers to support women and children during overnight hours. This role is ideal for individuals who are calm under pressure, respectful of confidentiality, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and culturally respectful environment.
Client Support Worker – Casual & Full Time
The Client Support Worker will work collaboratively with the team to support families experiencing family violence. This position reports to the Manager and Executive Director of Eagle’s Nest and the primary role is to provide coverage for Client Support Workers when needed. The Client Support Worker ensures that women and children who are in crisis are safe and provides assistance, support, information, referrals, and advocacy to residents or potential residents of Eagle’s Nest Shelter.
Peer Support Worker
Peer Support Workers of the Stoney-Nakoda Adult Wellness Center (SN-AWC) have gone through a process of recovery and have obtained peer support-related training to assist clients with substance use challenges to identify and achieve life goals as part of their own recovery. As part of the AWC Team, Peer Support Workers use strengths-based and recovery-oriented approaches with individuals and/or groups to help combat stigma, promote self-determination, and instill hope.
