Manager of Child Intervention
The Manager of Child Intervention leads and oversees intervention services for children, youth, and families, ensuring they align with tribal, regional, and ministry goals, and comply with legislation and standards. The role focuses on shifting from a child protection mindset to supporting healthy families and communities through collaboration and partnerships. It emphasizes culturally appropriate, safe services rooted in Stoney ways of knowing and requires a systems-thinking approach and diverse strategies to build and evaluate meaningful relationships.
Home Care Nurse – Registered Nurse
The Home and Community Care Registered Nurse contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care. Depending upon the needs and complexity of clients, the RN may assume an independent, interdependent and (often) overlapping role with the healthcare team.
Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISETS) Coordinator
Reporting to the Manager of Community Wellness, the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISETS) Coordinator is responsible for administering the Eden Valley ISETS Program. ISET is designed to help individuals improve their skills and find meaningful employment through programs that address the unique interests of the individual as well as meet the needs of the community. The ISETS Coordinator will design and deliver general labour market and youth programs as well as oversee the Eden Valley Career and Employment Centre (EVCEC).
