The Child Care Worker will plan and implement a developmentally appropriate childcare program, offering a nurturing environment for the care of children encouraging their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth. This position will require knowledge of the Early Learning Framework (FLIGHT) and will work in close cooperation with the Daycare Manager, support staff and other Child Care Workers.

The Accounting Technician primary responsibility is the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable for Stoney Child & Family Services. Attention to detail in data entry and in maintaining financial records and supporting documentation is critical to ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures. Additional duties include responding to vendors, contractors and suppliers inquiries, and liaising with staff in maintaining service and quality processing of financial accounts.

The Recreation Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for the ongoing planning, facilitation, implementation and evaluation of community sports, recreation and healthy living for all ages and abilities. The Recreation Coordinator will also work in collaboration with the Community Wellness Manager to ensure the proper maintenance and care of Eden Valley recreation facilities.

The Labour Market Manager is responsible for administering the Eden Valley ISETS Program which includes both General Labour Market and Youth Programs as well as overseeing the Eden Valley Career and Employment Centre (EVCEC).

As the Supervisor in Eden Valley, you will be responsible for providing overall supervision for up to four caseworkers, a receptionist, a custodian and one file clerk. Utilizing the Practice Framework (Indigenous Experience, Continuous Improvement, Preserving Families, Strength Based, Collaboration, and Connection) as our guide, you will implement the mandate and legislative authority from The Child Youth and Family Enhancement Act to children and families identified as required intervention services.

Under the direct supervision of the Case Worker Supervisor, the Caseworker ensures the rights and safety of children are safeguarded in a healthy, cultural environment. Working with the families, the Assessor, and community agencies to improve the quality of life, the Caseworker will endeavor to preserve the language and culture of Stoney-Nakoda, while incorporating the Casework Practice Model.

Reporting to the Caseworker Supervisor, the Foster Care Caseworker will be required to provide supervision and support to foster parents to maximize their ability to care for children. He/she/they will be responsible for licensing foster homes and ensuring standards and policy are adhered to.

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) this position is responsible for directing Public Works services on the Stoney Nakoda reserves (three geographic locations: Morley, Eden Valley and Big Horn). This position is responsible for all budgeting, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and financial control of the operation of Stoney Nakoda Public Works Services
