Manager – Child Intervention
Reporting to the Director of Child and Family Services, the Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for assigned Child and Family Services programs and service delivery teams.
Placement Resource Worker
The Intake Worker works as an active team member in our Unit. Under the direct supervision the Placement Intake Worker seeks out appropriate placements for children who require an out of parental care placement. The Intake worker will be required to have a working knowledge of the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act as well as Enhancement Act Policies and Procedures as well as STA Policies and Procedures while endeavoring to preserve the language and culture of Stoney People
Case Aide
The Case Aide shall perform specific duties for Stoney Nakoda Child and Family Services and is expected to work in a team environment to deliver services for the benefit of Stoney Children and for the well-being of the family unit.
Intervention Supervisor
Under the direction of the Agency Associate Director and/or Director the Intervention Supervisor supervises and supports Intervention Case Workers and Case Aids. The Intervention Supervisor will work with the staff on their units in strengths based capacity. In this capacity, the Intervention Supervisor will assign cases based on the strengths of the workers on the unit. They will ensure that Intervention Workers are adhering to appropriate legislations as well as current casework trends. You will provide leadership to your team. The Intervention Supervisor will build and maintain a strong effective team that embraces change. Endeavors to support and preserve the Stoney Language and Culture.
