Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant helps lead day‑to‑day finance operations for Chiniki First Nation, supporting Chiniki First Nation programs and Chiniki Development Corporation. Primary focus areas include overlooking Accounts Payable (AP) operations; receipt, coding, and allocation of government and other funding; assisting with preparation for management reporting and supervision of related support staff.

Accounting Technician

Working under the direction of the Director of Finance, the AP Clerk primary responsibility is the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable for Stoney Child & Family Services. Attention to detail in data entry and in maintaining financial records and supporting documentation is critical to ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures. Additional duties include responding to payment status inquiries, and liaising with staff in maintaining service and quality processing of financial accounts.

Cook – Full Time

Reporting to the Director of Eagle’s Nest, the primary role of the Cook is to ensure that residents are provided with healthy meals while residing at Eagle’s Nest. The Cook is responsible for the daily planning and preparation of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as assisting the janitor in cleaning responsibilities when required.

Client Support Worker – Casual & Full Time

The Client Support Worker will work collaboratively with the team to support families experiencing family violence. This position reports to the Manager and Executive Director of Eagle’s Nest and the primary role is to provide coverage for Client Support Workers when needed.  The Client Support Worker ensures that women and children who are in crisis are safe and provides assistance, support, information, referrals, and advocacy to residents or potential residents of Eagle’s Nest Shelter.

Reporting to the Director of Eagle’s Nest, the primary role of the Custodian is to ensure the overall cleanliness of the shelter. The Custodian is responsible for the daily cleaning, monthly and yearly schedule of cleaning the facility.

Client Care Assistant

As part of the Stoney Nakoda Adult Treatment Centre (SN-ATC) Team, client care assistants use strength-based and recovery-oriented approaches with individuals and/or groups to help combat stigma, promote self-determination, and instill hope. The Client Care Assistant works with the interdisciplinary team to monitor and respond to clients’ needs in order to provide support, care and safety for clients 24 hours per day in accordance with centre policies and individual treatment plans.

Peer Support Worker

Peer Support Workers of the Stoney-Nakoda Adult Wellness Center (SN-AWC) have gone through a process of recovery and have obtained peer support-related training to assist clients with substance use challenges to identify and achieve life goals as part of their own recovery. As part of the AWC Team, Peer Support Workers use strengths-based and recovery-oriented approaches with individuals and/or groups to help combat stigma, promote self-determination, and instill hope.

TAP/PMSS Caseworker

As a Transition to Adulthood Program (TAP) / Post-Majority Support Services (PMSS) Caseworker, you will support voluntary adults over the age of 18 who were previously in care. This role requires a strong understanding of colonialism, intergenerational trauma, and the lasting impact of the residential school system on Indigenous communities. It is essential to recognize how these ongoing effects influence the experiences of young adults transitioning out of care, some of whom may also be parents.

Janitor

Under the direction of the Health and Safety Officer, the Janitor has the primary responsibility for cleaning the Stoney Health Center buildings in such a way to promote health and safety while reducing the spread of infection. The Janitor is also responsible for performing minor building maintenance and additional duties not stipulated below.
