Relief – Client Support Worker
The Relief – Client Support Worker will work collaboratively with the team to support families experiencing family violence. This position reports to the Manager and Executive Director of Eagle’s Nest and the primary role is to provide coverage for Client Support Workers when needed. The Relief – Client Support Worker ensures that women and children who are in crisis are safe and provides assistance, support, information, referrals, and advocacy to residents or potential residents of Eagle’s Nest Shelter.
Custodian
Reporting to the Director of Eagle’s Nest, the primary role of the Custodian is to ensure the overall cleanliness of the shelter. The Custodian is responsible for the daily cleaning, monthly and yearly schedule of cleaning the facility.
Teacher’s Aide/Driver
Assists with and supports the daily program to ensure the overall success of the Headstart program by fulfilling a dual role of working with children in the classroom and providing transportation for children when needed. The Teacher’s Aide/Driver operates the school bus in a safe and efficient manner; abides by all traffic rules and regulations, Stoney Health Centre regulations, and Stoney Tribal Administration (STA) Employment regulations; and performs other duties as required.
1-on-1 Special Needs Educational Assistant
The Special Needs Educational Assistant spends the working day providing 1-on-1 support for an SEA student. You may be required to work with more than one student, if need presents within the school.
Commercial Truck Driver
The Commercial Truck Driver is responsible for operating a water truck for the water delivery to houses with cisterns, a septic truck for vacuum and cleaning septic tanks and roll-off truck for waste bin hauling.
Executive Administrative Assistant
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with all administrative duties within the Head CFS office of the Stoney Nakoda Nation in Mini Thni, as required; providing direct clerical support to the Executive Director and the Associate Director.
Family Enhancement Worker
You are responsible for the ongoing assessment of children youth and families, FEP planning and provision of/or management of, services and interventions to meet the child’s/youth’s/ family’s needs within specified time frames.
Controller
Accountable to the Goodstoney First Nation CEO, the Controller plans, organizes and directs the financial and budget process for the Goodstoney First Nation which, includes but is not limited to financial reporting, and the management of the day-to-day accounting and business activities of the Goodstoney First Nation which includes Big Horn Medical.
Protective Services Manager
The Manager of Nakoda Security Services is responsible for the organization and operation of the Nakoda Security Services Unit which includes both patrol and static guard components. This position works closely with all three Stoney Nakoda First Nation Chiefs & Council as well as the RCMP and other external bylaw and peace officers when and where required.
TAPP-PMSS Supervisor
Utilizing the Practice Framework, the Transition to Adult-Post Majority Support (TAP-PMS) Supervisor’s primary purpose is to provide support and direction to post 18- voluntary youth to ensure they, along with any of their children, receive appropriate services, support and guidance in accordance with any related Provincial child centered legislation, policies, procedures, regulations and Stoney Tribal Nation’s polices as it relates to post 18-support.
Youth Support Worker
The primary purpose is to proactively connect youth to community supports and services through prevention plans, mandatory education series, elder support, and youth prevention activities.
