Swift Security Guard
As a casual on-call security guard, we are seeking a committed and watchful Transportation Security Officer to join our swift team. Ensuring the safety and security of travelers, goods, and transportation infrastructure is your responsibility as a Transportation Security Officer. Working together with other security professionals and law enforcement organizations, you will be important in averting threats and handling crises while making sure that all events and/or occurrences are accurately recorded.
The Casual On-Call Security Guard can be called in to assist with static security, mobile security, and/or special events.
Janitor
The Janitor has the primary responsibility for cleaning the Stoney Health Center buildings in such a way to promote health and safety while reducing the spread of infection. The Janitor is also responsible for performing minor building maintenance and additional duties not stipulated below.
Health Care Aide
Under the direction of the Home Care Case Manager/Health Manager, the Health Care Aide (HCA) performs personal care activities, respite care, and related care services with clients based on needs assessment, with the goal to promote independent living in clients’ own homes.
Home Care Nurse – Registered Nurse
The Home and Community Care Registered Nurse contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care. Depending upon the needs and complexity of clients, the RN may assume an independent, interdependent and (often) overlapping role with the healthcare team.
Early Intervention & Prevention Manager
Under the supervision of the Director, you will be developing and overseeing day-to-day functioning of the Early Intervention & Prevention and have direct and indirect client services/ administrative responsibilities. You will demonstrate, fiscal, quality and quantity assurance toward successful program outcomes.
Foster & Kinship Supervisor
The role’s primary purpose is to provide support, coordinate and supervise the agencies foster/kinship staff to ensure our care providers receive appropriate services, coaching, support and guidance. The role will operate in accordance with any related child-centered legislation, policies, procedures and regulations.
Prevention Program Supervisor
The Program Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all prevention programs offered within the community. They will provide day to day oversight of all programs to ensure that they are staffed and have the supplies they need to offer supports and services to families.
Food Coordinator
The Community Food Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all elements of food security programming for the Bearspaw First Nation Prevention Programs. This position will plan and lead both community kitchen programs and community meals for the Eden Valley and Mînî Thnî communities. They will oversee all cooking activities, manage all inventory, and ensure the safety of everyone working or volunteering in the kitchen.
Youth Worker
The Youth Worker will play a vital role in supporting youth to develop the skills and abilities they need to grow into healthy adults. The Youth Worker will plan and lead a wide variety of programming designed to improve the overall well being of young people living in the community, this could include recreational activities, life skills programming, and support to plan for their future. The Youth Worker will also provide individualized support as needed and requested.
Family Resource Advisor
The Family Resource Advisor will be responsible to meet with all families requesting basic needs support, completing a brief assessment, and determining what supports and resources can be provided to the family. They will also ensure that families are connected to ongoing services as needed and at times will provide short-term coaching support to ensure families have all their needs met.
Accounting Clerk – One Year Term
Under the direct supervision of the Controller, the Accounting Clerk is a highly fast-paced visible position that is responsible for supporting accounting operations by recording/ reconciling and maintaining accounting/business transactions. Verify the accuracy of accounting documents or records.
Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISETS) Coordinator
Reporting to the Manager of Community Wellness, the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISETS) Coordinator is responsible for administering the Eden Valley ISETS Program. ISET is designed to help individuals improve their skills and find meaningful employment through programs that address the unique interests of the individual as well as meet the needs of the community. The ISETS Coordinator will design and deliver general labour market and youth programs as well as oversee the Eden Valley Career and Employment Centre (EVCEC).
Case Aide
Under direct Supervision of the Caseworker Supervisor, the Case Aide will work closely with the case workers who are delegated under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act and working within Post Majority Support Services (PMSS) .
